Maker's Grilled Lamb or Pork Chops

2 lbs. of chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1/3 cup apple jelly
1/3 cup Maker's Mark Bourbon Gourmet Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Heat apple jelly, Marker's Mark and garlic over medium heat, stirring constantly until jelly is melted .

Grill chops 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, turning and brushing 3 times with sauce mixture, for 12 to 16 minutes for medium done.

Serve with remaining sauce.

Serves 4.
