Ass Kickin' Cornbread

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup white flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1 to 2 tbsp Ass Kickiní Original Hot Sauce, or more to taste

Mix dry ingredients together well.

Beat egg and milk together lightly.

Add melted butter and Ass Kickiní Hot Sauce.

Stir all ingredients together until just combined.

Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Layer the first 2 tortillas in bottom of dish.

Serve with pinto beans, stewed cabbage, greens or whatever dish that needs a good Ass Kickiní!
