Summertime Buffalo Wings

5 lbs. whole chicken wings or drumettes

  • 1 bottle of Wing Time Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • If using whole wings, cut into 3 pieces and discard the tips.
  • Grill chicken wings until fully cooked and crispy on both sides, generally 15 to 20 minutes each side.
  • While wings are cooking, warm sauce in saucepan on low heat. Do not let boil.
  • When done, remove wings to paper towels to drain.
  • Toss wings in sauce thoroughly to coat and remove to maintain crispiness.
  • Serve with celery and carrot sticks, bleu cheese dressing and Texas toast.
